With a chain of 10 retail outlets in the OECS, The Cell St. Lucia Limited now welcomes another branch to its fleet of stores within the Caribbean.
With this take over, the company will be solely responsible for managing the Digicel Flagship store on Menville Street, St. George’s Grenada; allowing a total of two owned Digicel Flagship stores in Grenada.
The Cell is thrilled with this new inclusion identifying that this strategic location is ideal in bringing the same great service to its Grenadian customers.

The company also sees this as an opportunity to further strengthen its presence in the region, noting its other outlets in Saint Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines and St. Kitts & Nevis.

Instructors and classmates in the program noted that Ms. Deligny exemplified a strong commitment to her personal and professional improvement throughout the program.

With the rapid growth of the organization, an expansion of the management team was necessary to better serve our valued customers. The new additions include: Kristel Kouly, MIB - Marketing Manager, Jimmy Francis- Technical Services Manager and Tanaquil Daniel- Retail Manager.
Kristel Kouly, MIB brings over 7 years of experience in sales, marketing and promotions both locally and internationally. She holds a BSc in Marketing & Management from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a Masters of International Business from Florida International University (FIU). Kristel has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as American Family Life Assurance Company (AFLAC) where she was a sales agent for five years. She has also worked with many clients regionally, assisting them in achieving their advertising and marketing objectives through Accela marketing Saint Lucia.
“In her newly appointed role she will spearhead all marketing, branding & promotional efforts while increasing The Cell’s visibility as a brand” stated Jermile Daniel, Managing Director.
Jimmy Francis, the newly appointed Technical Services Manager, is a level 3 certified technician with international experience working with top companies such as Vodaphone in the United Kingdom and Bell Canada. He has also worked as a certified technician with Cable & Wireless here in Saint Lucia for many years. His educational background stems from Lemberth College in London, England where he obtained a BSc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Daniel notes, “Jimmy holds overall responsibility for the effective coordination and management of the repair and service operations of the business which is crucial given our focus on growing this aspect of the business throughout the region.”
The next addition to the team is Tanaquil Daniel, Retail Manager. Educated at Howard University in Washington DC, Tanaquil has developed many years of experience in the mobile industry and customer service field. “Tanaquil will be responsible for the effective management of our retail channel to ensure profitability maximization and a consistently exceptional level of customer service.” says Mr. Daniel.
